Yellow Sulphur Springs is a historic mineral springs resort located in a magical hollow between Blacksburg and Christiansburg, Virginia, just seven minutes from Virginia Tech. It was a popular resort from about 1790 till 1920.

A Healing Arts Studio and Spa is located on the property, offering acupuncture; wraps, scrubs, and massages; and a special Three-Day Spa Program.

Lodging is offered in a charming private two-bedroom guest villa.

The 58-acre property is owned by Bernard Ross and Victoria Taylor, who live there with their three children, Alleyne, Lennon, and Grace. Their ambition is to restore the historic buildings and recreate a fully-functioning healing resort, with a number of accommodation alternatives and a fine dining restaurant on site.

The original spring is still flowing and mineral rich. It surfaces beneath an Italiante gazebo at the center of the property. Other historic buildings include the 1810 hotel, five sets of row cottages dating to the 1840's, a small single family dwelling, and an open air bowling alley dating to the 1870's. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Guests enjoy the paths through woods and ruins, healing treatments, and the relaxing outdoor hot tub, as well as the many amenities of Blacksburg and Christiansburg and the Virginia Tech campus just minutes away. Roanoke, a small city with a regional airport, is half an hour away. The Blue Ridge Parkway and numerous hiking trails including the Appalachian Trail are in the area, as is the rural music and crafts center of Floyd, Virginia.
