| Three Day Spa Program |
The three-day spa promises to be a very personal and rejuvenating
experience. You and your personal therapist will design the perfect
healing journey. The program offers three distinct protocols to ground,
clear, and enhance. Allow three hours each day.
Ground: To melt away the trials of your world and help you become present
for the magic of the Springs. Sample treatment includes a soak, body exfoliation,
a full body massage, a facial mask, and a calming tea.
Clear: To release some of that which is not longer desired or needed.
We begin with foot and hand treatments, followed by a body therapy
designed to clear and detoxify. We will help you choose
from acupuncture, aromatherapy raindrop technique, or a body wrap. Relax afterwards with
a special tea.
Enhance: To nourish and acknowledge your sense of health and well being.
Sample program is a private yoga sessions is followed by a lifestyle consultation, recommendations, and a tonifying tea.
